We had a great time ringing in the New Year with Kimberly and Austin and their friends in Tuscaloosa.
Our family tradition for New Years day is making the Japanese dish GYOZA. Clark learned to make this yummy food on his mission in Japan. Because it is such a rich dish and takes some time to make we save it for this special day. Also we honor the Japanese New Year this way too. It is extra special to us this year as Brendan is celebrating his first New Year in Japan. We hope that Brendan is enjoying the celebrations that Japan has to offer as much as Clark fondly remembers them.
We are grateful for a Happy 2008 and we hope our Family and Friends find themselves experiencing a Joyful 2009.
